Internet Voice

I am trying to practice my public speaking here, on this blog. I want to be comfortable putting some part of myself into the void of the Web. I don’t know if I will want to make this private in the future. Maybe I will be to specific in my opinion and disagree with my future self.

The self is multifaceted. The self is complicated. The act of hearing yourself, both out loud and in your head, frames a sense of self. Actions demonstrate the self to the world. If you are so inclined to speak or write, then that must be an expression of the self.

The voice you choose is your self, but you will speak in a different voice in different situations. You are what you present to the world. In response to a different cultural norm, which can be seen in different forms of social media, you will reformat the way you speak.

How about Instagram, you can paste the text in the description, but you have to choose an image to include. Maybe you use an image editing software to type the text into an image file; Does that change the meaning?
